Happy Feet

It is official.... I like penguins! I have lately been watching more animated films than I have in the last few years. And "Happy Feet" is one of the movies I have thoroughly enjoyed watching.

I specifically adore Mumble and Ramon. I was so enthralled by Ramon's Spanish love songs and by Mumble's Boogie Wonderland dance rendition.

The movie teaches you a lot of things, and makes you want to be the kind of person with whom "a funky little fella could be himself." The movie brought me close to tears -- because of emotion and laughter. Highly recommended especially for hard-working and often-stressed people. Or, even if you just want to have a good time.

waaaah!!! we were supposed to watch it opening day but something came up so we went to Market2 last Saturday instead. But Market only had 1 cinema for it and it's SRO! And the Market2 was a virtual Dora Land because of the Dora The Explorer Shows at the atrium. We went to Power Plant but the only available seats are on the 10pm. Of course that's too late for the kids. Anyway, we'll watch it after Betthia's Qtr Exams....til then...waaaaaah...been waiting for this since last year...waaah.

you've got to watch it mai. the kids will love it too. the theater was packed with kids when i watched -- the only time i can tolerate a running commentary :)

i love robin williams! I was so inspired by the blog and the comments that i JUST went to watch it 4.30pm..hehehe. not sure if Flushed Away is screening in Manila yet.. but THAT IS REALLY REALLY GOOD! Hilarious!
